De-stress and take time to breathe. Learn the basics of yoga while diving deep by exploring the Ashtanga method from Mysore, India. A traditional Ashtanga practice generally takes at least 90 minutes, so in this one-hour class we explore a shorter selection of sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, supine poses, cross-legged or lotus meditation, and rest pose.
